PolyU Summer Institute 2024 was successfully held from 22 – 26 July on PolyU campus. Joining hands with the Faculty of Construction and Environment (FCE), the Faculty of Science (FS) arranged a series of fun-filled activities for 120 high school students from local and overseas schools. The students attended guided tours, hands-on workshops and student sharing session on 23 and 25 July to discover their interests and explore the study options available at PolyU.
Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology (ABCT) presented two captivating workshops on Chemistry titled "Oscillating Chemical Reactions" and Biology titled "Examination of Cellular Components in Blood". Students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in these specialized sessions, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in the fields of Chemistry and Biology.
