Programme Structure

Students must complete 7 Core Subjects (19 credits) and 4 Elective Subjects (12 credits).
A total of 31 credits are required for the Master of Corporate Governance award.
Classes are normally scheduled on weekday daytime and / or evening.

^ Not all subjects will be offered each year and it is subject to staffing resources and student enrolment.

⁺ These subjects of this programme have been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund. The mother programme (Master of Corporate Governance) of these subjects is recognised under the Qualifications Framework (QF Level[6]).
