【Alumni Football Club】Sunday Friendly Game

Are you eager to score a goal or engage in a friendly match with your alma mater in a fun 5-a-side game? 

We are thrilled to invite you back to the PolyU campus for an exciting afternoon of football with fellow alumni from all disciplines on 27 April 2025 (Sunday). Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to have some fun, all alumni enthusiasts are welcome! Join us for an exhilarating Sunday filled with camaraderie and friendly competition!

Game Format: 5v5 "golden goal" matches, with teams rotating within the 2-hour time frame.

Outfit Requirements: Please wear appropriate sportswear and footwear for the indoor court. Participants are encouraged to bring their own football equipment if desired. Number vests will be provided upon request.

We look forward to seeing you all for a day of fun, football, and friendly rivalry!

Remarks:

• The event is free of charge and has a limited number of quota, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Alumni can access the campus with Alumni eCard. If you do not have an eCard, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
• Participants should assess their own health and fitness conditions during the event. They should also pay attention to their own safety and be responsible for any related risks.
• We will inform participants of the registration results at least 5 working days before the event. Registrations beyond the quota will be on a waiting list. If your registration is confirmed but you cannot attend, please inform us at least 3 working days before the event so we can reallocate the spot. Absence from events will affect your eligibility to participate in future activities of interest clubs.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Observatory three hours prior to the event start time, the event will be canceled. The organiser will monitor the weather conditions and notify participants regarding cancellation.
• The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision without further notice.
