Mr Vincent Ma Wai-shin, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong–Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field. Mr Ma joined Wharf T&T Limited in 1995, before the company was even granted a fixed telecom network license. He grew with the company and witnessed the subsequent deregulation of the telecom industry. From 2006 to 2019, Mr Ma served as  President and then Chief Executive Officer of Wharf T&T. Under his leadership, the company became one of Hong Kong’s most successful and profitable ICT service providers. From 2019 to 2021, Mr Ma was Chief Digital Officer of Sun Hung Kai Properties, where he set up a new Digital Office. His efforts focused on driving digital transformation and big data strategies across the group’s diverse business portfolio. Mr Ma currently serves on the Departmental Advisory Committee for PolyU’s Department of Computing.

Miss Bianca Ho Yan-ting is Director of Information Technology (Global) at Swire Hotels Group, where she leads a worldwide network of IT teams. Her rapid rise to this position within five years of graduating speaks volumes about her achievements. Miss Ho is a passionate advocate for a data-driven future, recognising the importance of big data in business success. With expertise in IT digital transformation, business development, and intellectual property law, she navigates the complex intersection of technology, business, and law. Beyond her professional success, Miss Ho is dedicated to making a positive impact around her. She serves as Director of the non-governmental organisation Hong Kong United Youth Association, addressing community needs. As a public speaker, Miss Ho shares her insights and fosters collaboration among industry professionals. She also supports her alma mater as Honorary Secretary of The Computing Alumni Association of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, actively contributing to the school community. By mentoring computing students and sharing industry knowledge as a guest speaker, she plays a vital role in  shaping future professionals. Miss Ho’s achievements, dedication to societal causes, and active engagement in industry and academia highlight her capabilities and commitment to making a positive difference.
