Alumni Campus Access

PolyU alumni are welcome to come back to join events, hold reunions at the Alumni Atrium, or arrange a campus visit. You can enter PolyU via various entrances upon scanning a QR code or bar code at the turnstile, or presenting a valid card on site. You can also bring in your guests. See you around!

Click “Campus Access QR Code”/ “Guest Access” to obtain QR codes for yourself and your guests.

Alumni Campus Access Registration (ACAR) System*

Sign in ACAR with your Alumni NetID and generate QR codes for yourself and your guests before the visit. 

(*This system will cease entirely on 6 January 2025.)
