Prof. David Man Wai-kwong possesses considerable experience of academic administration and research management. Prior to his current appointment, he was Professor of Rehabilitation Sciences at PolyU and Director of the Mental Health Research Centre, making tremendous contributions to our programme development and validation through working in various capacities at departmental and faculty levels. Furthermore, he has a strong track record in securing external funding. An internationally renowned scholar in rehabilitation sciences, Prof. Man has even been listed among the top 2% scientists worldwide by Stanford University. He also maintains strong connections with funding bodies and NGOs, and serves as a member of various selection panels, research councils and grant review boards.
