The Hon. Frankie Yick Chi-ming has made significant contributions to Hong Kong’s public transport infrastructure and logistics sector for four decades. Apart from overseeing Wharf Group’s public transport and terminals portfolio, he also represents the Transport Functional Constituency in his capacity as a Legislative Councillor. Dedicated to supporting the industry on all fronts, he has served on a number of bodies over the years, including the Board of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, Hong Kong Maritime and Port Board, Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, Property Management Services Authority, as well as the Transport Policy Committee and the Logistics Policy Committee.
