Prof. Hector Tsang Wing-hong has an impressive record of clinical experience and research studies. He is a recipient of the Best Cross-regional Case Study Award at the XIVth International Conference on the Social Sciences and Medicine for his exceptional work on social skills in the workplace. A prolific author with over 200 publications to his name, he currently serves as an Associate Editor for Administration and Policy in Mental Health (APMH). In 2023, he was ranked among the top 2% of the most-cited scientists in Psychiatry by Stanford University. He is also an esteemed member of the Editorial Board of Psychiatry Research. Prof. Tsang currently leads a large-scale consultancy project for the government, overseeing the review of rehabilitation programme plan (RPP) in Hong Kong. His expertise and insight will continue to shape the future of mental health policy and practice in the region.
