The Hon. Tony Tse Wai-chuen has spent more than four decades contributing to the real estate sector of Hong Kong. A staunch advocate for his surveying profession, Sr Tse acts as a bridge between practitioners and the Government by representing the Architectural, Surveying, Planning and Landscape Functional Constituency in the Legislative Council. He was also the first Chairman of the Property Management Services Authority, and successfully lobbied the Government to secure over HK$110 million of subsidies under the Anti-epidemic Fund. His rich experience made him a valued member of many professional and public bodies, such as The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, Urban Renewal Authority, Harbourfront Commission, and the Land and Building Advisory Committee.
