The 15th Anniversary of Joint Collaboration of Xi’an Jiaotong University – PolyU cum PolyU 80th Anniversary celebration dinner was held at Xi'an Shangri-La Hotel on 23 September 2017.
Xi'an Tongli International College was established with the joint efforts of Xi’an Jiaotong University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Combining the resources and best teaching practices of the two Universities, the College has produced more than 3,000 graduates who are now social elites promoting the development of the region.
Professor Wang Shuguo, President of Xi’an Jiaotong University, and Mr Chen Zizheng, Council Chairman of PolyU, delivered welcome remarks, and officiated at the dinner together with Dr Miranda Lou, Executive Vice President of PolyU, and other senior management of the two Universities. More than 200 guests and alumni attended the celebration dinner, enjoying a memorial and joyful evening.
