Coordinated by the PolyU Pearl River Delta Alumni Network with the five other PolyU mainland alumni networks, the Xiong'an New Area Study Tour was held on 19-23 November 2019 with much support from members of PolyU mainland alumni networks.
The study tour covered a visit to the Xiong'an Service Centre - Xiong'an Planning Exhibition Hall, and a meeting with Government representatives to explore Xiong'an's development plan and opportunities for future cooperation. The delegation also attended the "2nd Hebei International Industrial Design Week" and had in-depth exchanges in the areas of innovative design, smart cities and artificial intelligence.
