On 13 April 2024, PolyU Shanghai Alumni Network Annual General Meeting 2024 cum Networking Dinner was successfully held. The event was attended by PolyU President Professor Jin-Guang Teng ，Dr Miranda Lou, Executive Vice President and Professor Christopher Chao, Vice President (Research and Innovation) and 120 guests & alumni.
During the event, PolyU President Professor Jin-Guang Teng shared the latest updates and development of the University. Mr Nixon Chung, President of PolyU Shanghai Alumni Network, reported the accomplishments and activities of the Executive Committee in 2023.
Furthermore, this day marked a significant milestone of the Network as the 3rd Executive Committee of the Network was inaugurated. President Teng presented the Certificate of Appreciation to the 2nd Executive Committee members, expressing gratitude for their contribution to the Network.
President Teng, Dr Lou, Professor Chao, , participated in the "Dialogue with Shanghai Alumni" session. They engaged in thoughtful discussions regarding current trends, the growth and development of alumni, and their words of wisdom. Following that, there were sharing sessions and interactive activities among the alumni. What an unforgettable event, filled with laughter, joy, and valuable memories.
