12月10日至11日，中国工业与应用数学学会（CSIAM）图论组合及应用专业委员会2022学术年会
在山东理工大学举行。年会由中国工业与应用数学学会主办，CSIAM图论组合及应用专委会和山
东理工大学承办，中国运筹学会图论组合分会协办，300余名相关领域专家、学者和研究生线上参
加会议。
CSIAM图论组合及应用专委会主任、中国科学院党校副校长、中国科学院大学党委副书记高随祥，
中国运筹学会图论组合分会理事长、浙江师范大学教授王维凡，中国数学会组合数学与图论专委
会主任、南京师范大学教授许宝刚，山东理工大学党委常委、副校长崔焕勇出席会议，专委会秘
书长、西北工业大学教授张胜贵主持年会。
崔焕勇在开幕式上致辞。他指出，数学作为一门基础学科，对于加快实现高水平科技自立自强、
建设科技强国尤为重要。本次会议权威专家、学界同仁齐聚一堂，展示全国图论、组合数学及其
应用的最新学术成果，加强图论组合及应用界同行的学术交流，对于进一步推动图论组合的理论
研究、应用研究具有十分重要的意义。
高随祥在致辞中说，随着信息技术、人工智能和生命科学等领域的快速发展，图论组合研究受到
前所未有的重视，迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。本次会议学术报告精彩纷呈，搭建了良好的互动
交流的平台，能够促进更多高水平研究成果的诞生，有效推动图论组合的发展。
王维凡在致辞中表示，图论组合研究发展迅速，研究队伍不断壮大，顶尖成果日益增多，国际影
响力持续加强。本次会议是国内图论组合界的一次学术盛会，为领域内专家、学者创造了线上交
流的宝贵机会，将有力推动图论组合方法在计算机科学、人工智能和大数据分析等领域的应用。
许宝刚对会议召开表示热烈祝贺。他指出，中国数学会组合数学与图论专委会、中国运筹学会图
论组合分会和CSIAM图论组合及应用专委会的相继成立，见证了图论组合在我国蓬勃发展的历程。
图论组合研究队伍日益壮大，成果日益丰硕，在学界的影响力得到显著提升。
会议期间，专委会于12月10日晚召开全体委员线上会议，高随祥主任主持会议，秘书长张胜贵教
授汇报了专委会本年度的主要工作、取得的成绩以及下一年度的初步工作计划。CSIAM副理事长
闫桂英研究员、常务理事郭田德教授和吕长虹教授等委员就下年度CSIAM和其它组织机构将开展
的学术活动发表了看法，建议图论组合界同行在深入开展理论研究工作的同时，进一步加大图论
组合与其它学科的交叉融合以及应用方向的研究工作。
本次学术年会共设置了6场大会报告、39场邀请报告以及42场小组报告。与会专家学者和研究生围
绕超图、图结构、图染色、极值图论、群与图、图谱理论、Ramsey理论、组合中的正性、组合设
计、拟阵、网络、算法、数学文化等报告了最新的研究成果，有力地促进了同行之间的学术交流。

2022年12月19日上午，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院系统科学研究所举办了“第十四届系统科
学论坛”。本次论坛采用线上方式召开，来自院内外的专家、学者和研究生70余人参加了本次学术
活动。
所长李洪波研究员宣布会议开始并致欢迎辞。他首先代表系统所对参会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎并介绍了
系统所的发展历程、取得的重要成果以及“系统科学论坛”的成立背景。他表示，系统科学近年来发
展十分迅速，相关理论与方法在社会经济、国防安全、工程和信息技术等领域发挥着越来越重要的
作用。
本次论坛邀请了国内系统科学相关领域的顶级专家就学科前沿和重大进展进行了学术交流。华东理
工大学钱锋院士、北京大学国家发展研究院许宪春教授、清华大学季铮锋教授、西南财经大学林华
珍教授应邀分别做了题为《数实融合助力制造业数字化转型》《数字经济增加值测算问题研究》
《Matrix Bregman Projection Algorithms and Hamiltonian Inference Problems》《Functional Data Analysis
with Covariate-Dependent Mean and Covariance Structures》的报告。
钱锋院士的报告针对我国制造业面临的诸多挑战，从企业生产制造过程和产业供应链出发，探讨了
数实融合助力我国制造业数字化转型发展的思路与途径。
许宪春教授在报告中指出数字经济增加值是反映数字经济发展规模及其对整体经济贡献程度的重要
统计指标，总结了数字经济增加值测算面临的挑战，并提出相应的对策建议，为我国制定数字经济
政策和促进数字经济高质量发展提供参考。
季铮锋教授介绍了经典的Bregman投影算法，他们在此基础上研究了矩阵Bregman投影算法，其证明
的方法可以用于处理Hamitonian学习与推理问题。
林华珍教授以儿童发育的数据分析为背景提出了关于协变量的函数型数据分析问题，考虑到不同的
个体值会有不同的特征，建立了新的函数型数据分析模型，并给出相应的统计推断方法。
四位邀请报告人的报告分别由中国科学院系统控制重点实验室主任刘志新研究员，数学与系统科学
研究院副院长、中国科学院管理决策与信息系统重点实验室主任杨翠红研究员，中科院数学机械化
重点实验室主任支丽红研究员和系统所副所长李启寨研究员主持。报告期间参会师生积极提问，讨
论热烈，促进了知识的交流，拓宽了研究的视野。
系统科学论坛是由系统科学研究所组织的高层次系列论坛，每年在系统科学研究所成立周年之际，
邀请3-4名国内外知名学者，介绍系统科学及其相关学科的发展趋势和研究前沿，以促进系统科学的
研究与发展。

【暑期课程】Numerical Analysis of Nonlinear PDEs, Germany, Jul 2023

on elliptic PDEs and finite element analysis. We offer a brief refresher course (pre-school) on the day
before the actual summer school starts.
