This subdirectory contains the following Matlab source codes and folders:

Mmap.m                       Subroutine for all program codes; computing the M linear map.

mFBS_logistic_flasso_uv.m    Solving fused lasso logistic regression using mFBS method (no averaging).

ppg_logistic_flasso.m        Solving fused lasso logistic regression using PPG algorithm.

run_code_flasso.m            Run code.

Implementation and numerical experience with the above codes are described in the paper:
