The Special Anniversary Fashion Show is organized with the aim to promote the University and ITC as a leading fashion institution in Hong Kong.

Invitations will be extended to personnel both from local and overseas fashion industry as well as friends and supporters of the University and ITC.

The Fashion show will feature works of ITC and international fashion institutions who are members of the International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes (IFFTI). The 5th IFFTI Conference organised by ITC will be held on 8-9 November 2002.

理大校慶服裝表演的宗旨為促進與推動理大及其紡織及製衣學系成為服裝設計及技術的一流高等學府 。屆時將邀請香港本地及世界各國服裝界人士和理大及其紡織及 製衣學系的朋友和支持者共聚一堂慶祝理大建校六十五周年。

理大校慶服裝表演將展示理大紡織及製衣學系與國際知名服裝高等學府的設計作品 。參展大學均為International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes (IFFTI)成員 。理大紡織及製衣學系將在二零零二年十一月八日至九日組織召開第 五屆IFFTI大會。
