Dr. Yuda Zhao is the Assistant Professor (ZJU100 Young Professor) at College of Integrated Circuits, Zhejiang University. In 2012, he received a bachelor's degree from School of Physics, Nanjing University. In 2016, he received his Ph.D. degree from Department of Applied Physics, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He conducted the post-doctoral research at the University of Strasbourg (France), funded by the individual fellowship under the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. He joined Zhejiang University in 2020 and established his research group. His main research area includes electronic and optoelectronic devices based on two-dimensional materials. He has published over 50 papers in top-ranked journals, such as Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Chemical Reviews, etc., with a total citation of 4800+ and H-index of 29.
