To engage the general public and foster the interest of the youth towards STEM education, we contribute to different programmes for local secondary schools.

Faculty of Science of PolyU organizes face-to-face Mini-Lectures that target senior secondary students (S.4 - S6). The lectures cover a wide spectrum of inspiring topics in daily life and latest industrial information. The topic of the Mini-Lecture is now "AI: More than Programming". Global Engagement Office of PolyU has held Taster Programme (previously known as Summer Programme) for secondary 4 and 5 students since 2015.  It is a one-day programme which includes experiment demonstrations, research facilities tour and science competition. Students can obtain the latest information on our programmes and tour around the campus and facilities. It will surely be an exciting experience.
