Mr Ching Tung SO, President of District Services and Community Care Development Fund (Sai Kung) Company Ltd, and Mr Yuen Tung CHONG, the Team Leader of Kwong Ming Care Team, place great emphasis on the importance of the community care teams in reaching out to vulnerable groups and assisting in handling incidents and emergencies.
