You will receive an e-mail advising you
to log in to our Online Admission System to obtain the online
version of the Notice of Offer if you have been offered a study
place.
Please settle the tuition fee before the
last payment date specified on the debit note, and bring along
the ORIGINALS of all academic award certificates together with
the transcripts and professional certificates for verification
on the registration date.
The study place will be offered to other
applicants on the waiting list if you fail to settle the tuition
fee before the last payment date and to complete the registration
procedures according to the scheduled registration date.
If you are not available on the specified
date, please authorize in writing a representative to complete
the procedures on your behalf. A copy of your HKID is required
for verification. You could also apply for deferring the registration
date by submitting Form AS 29 to the Department concerned before
the original registration date.
You will be notified via e-mail to retrieve
the Notice for Re-enrolment with tuition fee details on web
before the commencement of each semester.
Please settle the tuition fee before the
payment deadline to confirm your re-enrolment on the programme.
If you fail to do so, you will be considered having discontinued
your study at the University and the University will nullify
your registration status accordingly.
If you do not receive the e-mail notification
advising you to retrieve the Notice for Re-enrollment on web
before the commencement of the semester, i.e. by mid-August
for Semester 1, by mid-January for Semester 2 and by end-June
for Summer Term, please enquire at the Academic Secretariat
Service Centre (Room M101, Li Ka Shing Tower) or by phone at
2333 0600 during office hours.
You will be informed of the collection details
regarding your renewed student ID card if it is expired. The
date, time and venue for ID card collection could be found in
the Notice for Re-enrolment.
