A meeting between members of National Rail Transit Electrification and Automation Engineering Technology Research Center (Hong Kong Branch) and Dr. Pak-Wai Chan

On Monday, November 6, 2023, the Director of the Hong Kong Observatory, Dr. Pak-Wai Chan, and members of the National Rail Transit Electrification and Automation Engineering Technology Research Center (Hong Kong Branch): Dr. Zheng-Wei Chen, Dr. E Deng, Dr. Wen-Bo Hu, Guang-Zhi Zeng, Zhan-Hao Guo, Jia-Hao Lu, En-Ze Rui, Yuan-Jiang Zeng, Yan-Ke Tan, Kang Cai, Xin-Yuan Liu and Huan Yue held a meeting in the Z105 Conference Room of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The members of the center first introduced the progress of TRS project in a recent month, and Dr. Pak-Wai Chan gave corresponding opinions after listening to the reports of the members of the center. Finally, Dr. Chan said that the full data of the aircraft's eye observation of Typhoon "Sula" and other historical meteorological data will be provided, and all the data will be stored in the University Research Facility in Big Data Analytics (UBDA) of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
