In 2022/23 CRF Exercise, the RGC received a total of 258 preliminary proposals and shortlisted 93 submission of full proposals, of which 50 were selected for interview. Finally, 40 CRF proposals [i.e. 7 Collaborative Research Equipment Grant (CREG) and 33 Collaborative Research Project Grant (CRPG) proposals] with a total amount of $237.5 million (exclusive of on-costs) were supported by the RGC.
