It is an immense honour for me to be bestowed with the prestigious Outstanding Alumni Award in Professional Achievement by the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of PolyU—my beloved alma mater that has played a pivotal role in shaping my life and career.

Studying environmental engineering and learning from exemplary scholars at PolyU provided me with a strong foundation for my career in sustainability. The guidance I received from the faculty and staff was invaluable in helping me pursue my passion in the environmental field. Their expertise and dedication have stayed with me throughout my career, and I am indebted to them for their inspiration and positive impact that have helped me navigate the changing landscape of sustainability to achieve my goals.

Looking forward, I am most excited to continue striving for excellence in my field while maintaining close rapport with FCE and PolyU by supporting academic and research developments to nurture a new generation of sustainability leaders. I hope that my story can serve as an encouragement to current and future students of PolyU, and that together, we can lead with ambition and keep pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence to cultivate a more sustainable future for future generations.
