Important Notes |
- Graduates can use your Student ID card for campus access and photo-taking up to 31 December 2024.
- If you want to bring other guests to the campus for photo-taking, you will need to perform prior online registration for them via the Campus Access Registration System for On-Campus Photo Taking from early October 2024. This will enable you to obtain their campus access QR code(s).
- On-campus decorations for the 30th Congregation will be made ready for graduation photo-taking from late October until December 2024.
- If you have registered e-tickets for yourself and your guests, the QR code on the e-ticket can be used for both campus access and entering the event venue (i.e. Jockey Club Auditorium) on the Congregation day. No separate registration is necessary for guests with e-tickets.

22 October to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive, except 5- 7, 9-14 and 16-20 December 2024 when examinations will be held.

Procedures |
Before the visit
- Online registration shall be performed by you prior to the visit via this system to enable your guests to obtain the QR codes for entering the PolyU campus for photo-taking.
- Email address(es) of the guests are required (graduates can use your own email address for receiving the QR codes).
On the day of visit
- To present the campus access QR Code (either in electronic form or printed copy) at the campus entrance for entering the PolyU campus.
