From being founded as a trade school and blossoming into a full-fledged university that is deeply rooted within its society is a track record that is to be envied. I congratulate The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for its 75th Anniversary and the great achievements it has demonstrated. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is proud to be associated with you and takes cognisance of the values that we share together. Just like PolyU, we too believe in community engagement and contributing to sustainable national socioeconomic growth and development through knowledge and technology transfers.
