Further to the announcement of the appointment of the senior management personnel last November, PolyU is pleased to pronounce that the appointments will take effect from 1 March or 1 April 2010.

On 1 March, Prof. Philip C.H. Chan will assume duty as Deputy President and Provost; Mr Nicholas W. Yang as Executive Vice President; and Prof. Judy Tsui as Vice President (International and Executive Education).

On 1 April, Prof. Walter W. Yuen will take the post of Vice President (Academic Development) and Prof. Angelina Yuen will assume duty as Vice President (Institutional Advancement and Partnership).

Prof. Suleyman Demokan and Dr Lui Sun-wing, currently Vice President (Academic Development) and Vice President (Partnership Development) respectively, will be on leave starting from the end of March, and will formally retire from the University on 30 June 2010. Details >>
