PolyU alumnus receives Best Director Award

PolyU School of Design graduate Miss Linny Sze Ling-lee recently won the Bilbao International Design Prize in the category of "Public Spaces" and finally the Grand Award winner in the Bilbao Bizkaia Concept Design Festival, with her final year project titled "Slow Frame- a 26km urban interface". The project is a pilot experiment to explore possibilities of tram as an urban interface or a moving spatial device.

This best of the best project was selected amongst 25 nominations worldwide from very strong institutions including Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Oslo School of Architecture and Design in Norway and National University of Singapore. Linny completed her BA (Hons) in Design (Environment and Interior) at PolyU in 2010.
