China’s first Institute for Disaster Management and Reconstruction opened PolyU scholar to head humanities academy PolyU and Yonyou set up joint laboratory
|
Prof. Huang Chu-ren, Dean of PolyU’s Faculty of Humanities, was elected President of the Hong Kong Academy of Humanities for a term of one year at its recent Annual General Meeting. The Academy was established in April 2011 with an aim to advance knowledge of the Humanities and recognize excellent scholarly achievement in the Humanities in Hong Kong.
