Riding on past years' success, PolyU's Department of Applied Biology and Chemical Technology (ABCT) partnered with Michelin-starred restaurant Wing Lai Yuen again to offer healthy mooncakes for a charitable cause. The net proceeds will be contributed to support community services for the elderly, visually-impaired people and the underprivileged as well as to ABCT for teaching and research purposes.

This meaningful activity is more than a charity sale. It will also provide a worthwhile learning experience for ABCT students in the areas of entrepreneurial planning, marketing, procurement, food production, quality control and budgeting. Details> (Chinese version only)
