Congratulations to the following PolyU members who bagged three bronze medals at the 17th Asian Games, bringing honour to Hong Kong as well as the University.
- Graduate Annie Au Wing-chi of the Department of Management and Marketing - Bronze Medal in the Women's Squash singles event
- Student Lin Po-heung of the Department of Building and Real Estate - Bronze Medal in the Women's Foil individual event
- Student Yan Hon-pan of the School of Accounting and Finance - Bronze Medal in the Men's Sabre team event
