This year, the "PolyU Micro Fund" scheme continues to provide seed funding for students and alumni in support of their pursuit of entrepreneurial venturing. Twenty innovations, ranging from social enterprise practice, product design to cultural education and multi-media application etc, received the financial support from the scheme. "Experiential Learning Programme" — a life simulation programme for local primary students which aims at boosting students' confidence in planning for the future through simulating different stages in life, including secondary schooling, university and job application. |
"UNsuspended" — an online platform which aims to promote a sharing culture by enabling individual or corporate donors to purchase food vouchers for the underprivileged for distributing through NGOs and welfare organizations. |
