PolyU’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) partnered with the world-renowned Ecolehôtelière de Lausanne from Switzerland, and the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston from the US to offer a master’s programme in Global Hospitality Business.

Spanning across 3 continents with unparalleled professional integration, this programme to be started in September 2015 will focus on a holistic approach with cultural immersion. As Dean of SHTM Prof. Kaye Chon put it, “throughout the programme, students will spend one semester on each campus and benefit from the valuable exposure and knowledge gained in each market”.
