Hosted by the Department of Building and Real Estate, the earlier 20th AsiaConstruct Conference gathered Asian Pacific experts to exchange and share industry best practices. Themed “Meeting construction industry resources requirements”, the conference was kicked off by two keynote presentations - Secretary for Development Mr Paul Chan gave an overview of Hong Kong’s massive infrastructure programme in the coming years and the greying of construction labour force; and Sir Gordon Wu gave a visionary address on the city’s future development.
