Young fashion talents show off design flair
Creativity and unique deisgn flair in fashion have brought top international honours to fresh graduates of the Institute of Textiles and Clothing.
- A four-member team (Ashley Cho, Hazel Choi, Katie Lam and Connie Li) bagged the Championship of the Future Retail Challenge at the World Retail Congress 2015, with an innovative business proposal titled “Bruce Lee High-tech Fitness Centre”.
- At the Cotton Design Competition 2015 themed “Sustainable and Innovative Denim”, Zepar Siu Miu-wan scooped the champion with her collection “Interstice” while Tim Au’s “Mudlark in urbanization” and Kiwib Wong’s “The future human” came in second and third places respectively.
- Yan Cheuk-lok and Tsang Fan-yu got the first runner-up and outstanding award respectively at the 24th China Jeanswest Cup Leisure Design Competition.
