Mr Wong Nai-chee, Political Secretary to the Prime Minister of Malaysia, was warmly received by the Faculty of Humanities during his recent visit to PolyU. He was introduced to the Faculty’s initiatives in promoting applied language science and Chinese culture, and the education, research and service of its Speech Therapy Unit. He also visited the House of Innovation to learn about PolyU’s latest research, and delivered a talk on “Public services and social responsibility”.
