PolyU’s Research Institute for Sustainable Urban Development hosted a forum themed “Urban Planning + Affordable Living” to discuss issues related to real estate development, land supply and land resources. Invited guest speakers included Sir Gordon Wu Ying-sheung, Chairman of Hopewell Holdings Limited, Prof. Edward Yiu Chung-yim, Associate Professor of the Department of Geography and Resource Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Profs. Eddie Hui Chi-man and Edwin H.W. Chan of PolyU’s Department of Building and Real Estate.
