Recently, PolyU warmly welcomed a delegation led by Ms Cherry Tse Ling Kit-ching, Permanent Secretary for Food and Health (Food), and introduced to them the University’s innovative research and latest development. They visited the Food Safety and Technology Research Centre to learn about its advanced facilities and recent research projects in testing and certification, risk analysis and toxicology, functional food development, innovative technology development, nutrition and public health as well as education and professional development.
