In early February, a two-day Global Food Safety and Technology Forum (GFSTF) hosted by PolyU saw active participation of representatives from the government, industrial sectors and academia who joined forces to explore how science and innovation could help address the imminent food safety issues from local, national and global perspectives.
On the first day of the Forum, PolyU and Lund University signed a Letter of Intent to foster mutual collaborations in technology development in food safety and food security, with potential extension to other European and Asian partners and networks. Details>>
