Recently, PolyU’s Department of Applied Social Sciences and Simon Fraser University (SFU)’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences have signed a collaboration agreement to jointly promote exchange and research in gerontology and applied ageing studies and related services.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Dr Tim Rahilly, SFU Vice-Provost and Associate Vice President, Students and International, and Mr Yusuf Varachia, SFU Director of International Strategic Initiatives, Prof. Angelina Yuen, PolyU Vice President (Student and Global Affairs) and Prof. Daniel W.L. Lai, Chair Professor and Department Head of PolyU’s Department of Applied Social Sciences.
