On 12 July, the Food Safety Consortium (FSC) initiated by PolyU was awarded the C.B. Shogren Memorial Award presented by the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) in recognition of FSC’s achievement in advancing global food safety. Providing industry professionals worldwide with a platform to exchange on addressing food safety challenges, the FSC is the first IAFP affiliate outside the Americas to receive this prestigious award.
