On 14 December, PolyU and the Joint Institute for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, signed an agreement to provide science-based food safety training in Hong Kong and Shenzhen which will be recognised by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The first batch of training courses will be offered by PolyU’s Food Safety and Technology Research Centre, covering different aspects of risk analysis to target the needs of food safety and public health professionals in Hong Kong and the region. Details>>
