The PolyU Library has engaged all other university libraries in Hong Kong to develop “InfoLit for U”, a self-paced and non-credit bearing Massive Open Online Course, with an aim to integrating information literacy into the undergraduate curriculum. As the leading institution, the PolyU Library has developed the focal module, while the eight discipline modules, each designed by the eight UGC-funded universities, are expected to enhance university students’ information literacy in the disciplines: Arts & Humanities, Business & Economics, Education, Engineering, Health Sciences, Law, Science and Social Sciences.
