Outstanding PolyU Alumnus and Chairman of Jetta Company Limited, Ir Wong Tit-shing, has generously donated HK$2 million to the University for the sixth consecutive year to support Service-Learning and foster student development. At the cheque presentation ceremony held on 22 July, PolyU President Prof. Timothy W. Tong thanked Ir Wong for his significant contribution to the University over the years. In recognition of Ir Wong’s staunch support, the Alumni Common in the Alumni Atrium will be named the Wong Tit Shing Alumni Common. ♦
