[Ticket Refund arrangement] The Power of Passion - A Concert by the PolyU Orchestra

In view of the event cancellation, all tickets purchased for "The Power of Passion – A Concert by the PolyU Orchestra", which was originally scheduled on 24 November 2019 (Sunday) at the Jockey Club Auditorium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University will be refunded in full.
 

Ticket refund arrangement for PolyU staff/student/alumni

The Finance Office of the University has kindly agreed to transfer the refund amount to the corresponding bank account, on the record of the Finance Office, of all PolyU staff/student ticket purchasers who have provided their names and staff/student card numbers in the ticket registration form when you purchased the ticket. You should be receiving the refund within 4-6 weeks from now or from the date when you have provided us with all the necessary information.

For PolyU alumni ticket purchasers, please complete the online Ticket Refund Form on or before 3 January 2020. You may choose to receive the refund via bank transfer or cheque.

If any of our PolyU student ticket purchaser has not yet provided any bank account information to the Finance Office in the Student Account Enquiry, please do so at http://www.polyu.edu.hk/fo/FO_Web/index.php?page=5&subpage=stud04 on or before 3 January 2020.

Ticket refund arrangement for Public

Please complete the online Ticket Refund Form and return your intact printed ticket(s) by post to the Culture Promotion and Events Office on or before 3 January 2020. The net amount of the ticket purchased will be refunded to you via bank transfer or cheque at your choice, in the Ticket Refund Form, within 4-6 weeks upon the provision of all necessary information. Please mark on your envelop "The Power of Passion - Ticket Refund".
