Dr. Clifford Choy graduated with BEng and PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Design of the same university. He has been teaching in subjects relating to digital technologies, including programming, information systems, embedded systems and IoT as well as digital fabrications. He has been teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate level, covering topics including digital literacy for year 1 students, computer game design and development, design process, tangible interactions and prototyping and scripting. His research interests are in computational design, digital fabrication techniques, and maker education.
