Research Overview
My research focuses on structural studies on macromolecular assemblies using state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM). Specifically, my groups is interested in elucidating the structure-function relationship of biological machines and ligand discovery against 'undruggable' targets through rational design.
