Dr Ho Wai-ming Goman
Arup Fellow and Director of Innovation, Arup Group
Being a world-renowned expert in tall building design, Dr Ho is behind many of the most challenging and innovative skyscrapers in Asia, including Cheung Kong Center in Hong Kong with height of 283 m, and CITIC Tower in Beijing with height of 528m. He is the first Chinese being awarded the Arup Fellow. His patent, the Hybrid Outrigger System, won him the Hong Kong CIC Innovation Award in 2017 and the Hong Kong Innovation Award in 2020. Ten of his projects, ranging from ambitious structures to green buildings, have received a total of 18 awards from Hong Kong and international professional institutions.
Prof. LIN Zhouchen

Professor Lin is a Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science at Peking University, and the head of its ZERO Laboratory and the Center for Machine Learning, Institute of Artificial Intelligence.
Prof. Lin earned his MPhil degree from PolyU in 1997 and PhD degree from Peking University in 2000. Focusing on researches related to machine learning, numerical optimisation, computer vision and image processing, he has published three books and over 230 peer-reviewed papers in top journals and conferences. According to Google Scholar, his works have been cited over 23,000 times with an h-index of 65. Being the area chairman of countless trade conferences, such as CVPR, ICCV, NIPS/NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI and IJCAI, he is currently a Programme Co-Chair of ICPR 2022 and a Senior Area Chair of ICML 2022. Once an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, Prof. Lin currently serves as an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Computer Vision and Optimization Methods and Software. A Fellow of IEEE, IAPR, and CSIG, he received many accolades including Distinguished Young Scholars by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the First Prize of CCF Natural Science Award.

Mr Luo co-founded Aurora Mobile Limited in 2011, which attracted investments from multiple world-renowned investors like IDG, Fidelity and Goldman Sachs with a series of funding. Aurora Mobile was listed on Nasdaq (NASDAQ: JG) in 2018, and is the first company of its kind to be listed on the US Stock Exchange. It is a leading mobile app developer service platform in China which has worked with more than 648,000 developers on over 1.8 million types of mobile apps. The company currently has over 500 employees in five locations in China with a market value of over USD1 billion.
Ir Prof. Zheng Yongping

Prof. Zheng is the founding Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and the founding Director of the Jockey Club Smart Ageing Hub and the Interdisciplinary Research Institute for Smart Ageing. His project on Palm-sized 3D Ultrasound Imaging System for Radiation-free Scoliosis Assessment has won the Grand Award, Gold Medal and Special Merit Award at the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva. He also owns more than 50 patents and has published over 280 journal papers. He was rated as one of the top 2% citation scholars in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing in a survey conducted by Stanford University in 2021.
Dr LI Siyang

Dr Li is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Goal Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited. Goal Tech is a nationally recognised high technology enterprise with certification from the Innovation Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology, China.
Based in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the company hires an R&D team of 50 members with 60% of them holds either master’s or doctoral degrees. Goal Tech focuses on the R&D of key components in the field of advanced semiconductor packaging and testing, owning 73 invention patents and having published more than 100 papers of international calibre. Its original invention, linear rotary motor, is the world’s first high-precision motor that realises both linear and two-dimensional rotary motions within a single shaft, with linear accuracy of 1um, rotational accuracy of 0.01 degree, and force control up to 0.01N.
For his entrepreneurial acumen, Dr Li has won many awards, including 30 Under 30 Elite List by Forbes, the C-category Talent of Shenzhen Entrepreneur Program, and the U30 Entrepreneurial Elite by Shenzhen Association for Science and Technology in 2021.
