Located on the 1st floor, the Multi-function Hall (140m2) is an ideal venue for different kinds of events including seminar, workshop, exhibition, movie show, cocktail reception or dinner party. This spectacular venue is well furnished with audio-visual facilities and multi-media equipment. The open pillar-less design enhances the overall spacious feeling, and allows for the capacity to accommodate activities of more than 100 guests.

FHKPUAA Meeting Room I & II
These two adjourning meeting rooms (50m2) are located on the 1st floor, fully equipped with audio-visual facilities and a karaoke system. They can also be combined into a larger function room for seminars or workshops.
Pauline Tsang Po Yan Gallery
Located on the 1st floor, the gallery (29m2) features an area for exhibition on the developments of the University as well as other art and cultural activities.
Wong Tit Shing Alumni Common
The Alumni Common (40m2) is located on the mezzanine floor. With a contemporary design, it is an ideal place for reading and leisure, networking, facilitating exchanges and fostering friendships among alumni.
Piazza
The piazza (148m2) is located on the podium level. With a technology accomplishment, the outdoor area is paved by Eco-Block. The enchanting lawn area, filled with plants and artistic sculptures, is an ideal place for garden party and cocktail reception.
