Visit of Prof. Andrew Whittle, CEE’s Departmental Academic Advisor
Prof. Andrew Whittle of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA, who is the Departmental Academic Advisor of CEE, made his first visit to the Department from 9 to 11 January 2023.

Prof. Whittle met the CEE management team as well as different student groups including undergraduate and postgraduate students. He also joined the CEE Departmental Advisory Committee (DAC) meeting to learn about the developments of CEE and understand Hong Kong’s civil and environmental industries. CEE’s curriculum updates, research achievements and upcoming events in celebration of the Department’s 50th Anniversary were also discussed in the meeting.
