LUI Raymond

Hello, my name is Raymond Lui, I am a graduate of the Department of Chinese Culture of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2020, I enrolled in the Master of Chinese Culture program and officially started my study and life at PolyU. Obtaining a scholarship is the highest goal of every student and the greatest affirmation of our efforts over the past year. It is a great honor to receive your affirmation and support, thank you.

When I officially became a master, I began to feel the difference from an undergraduate. The pursuit of academics is more intense, like a sponge, eager to absorb more knowledge. The emphasis on academics has made me study more attentively, and I am more willing to spend time on research and study. I am afraid that the pressure and hardship that I need to face in studying can only be understood by those who have experienced it personally. The scholarship is the most tangible affirmation of my past efforts, proving the value of hard work and knowledge. The results of academic research excite me, but they have been built with a lot of time and money. As a student, I am also a young man who should enter the workplace. The scholarship is undoubtedly an important help for me to continue my studies, and it is indispensable to my pursuit of my dreams.

This year, I have graduated and become a Master of Philosophy student. I will maintain my enthusiasm and use the knowledge I have learned in the Department of Chinese Culture to continue to learn and explore. The pursuit of truth will never stop, and it will not disappoint the expectations and affirmations of Mr. Leung and my teachers.
