Members of the Faculty joined the 15th East Asia Humanities Forum held between 3 and 6 November 2023. The Forum, themed “East Asian Humanistic Studies in The Digital Age”, provided a platform for our Faculty members to showcase their research findings and exchange views with notable scholars in the fields. Other participating partner universities included Hanyang University, Nankai University, National Taiwan University, Tsinghua University, and Waseda University.
The Forum will be organised by the Faculty next year and Prof. Han Xiaorong, Head of Department of Chinese History and Culture, announced on the occasion that its theme would be “The Formation of East Asian Academic Communities: Histories, Discourses and Practices."
